Ecommerce Agency for UK Bathroom, Tile and Kitchen Retailers

Looking for an ecommerce agency in the UK that understands bathroom, tile and kitchen retail? Maybe you sell online, or you run a showroom and want to be easier to find on Google. Either way, this is who we are and how we can help.

We are Ecommerce Experts UK. We look after your product listings, your website, your SEO and your marketing, so you can get on with running the business.

Who we are

Ecommerce Experts UK is a full-service UK ecommerce agency. Everyone on our team has at least seven years’ experience in the UK bathroom industry, so we already know how your products, your suppliers and your customers work.

That experience comes from working in the trade, and it shapes how we list, build and promote products for bathroom, tile and kitchen businesses.

Who we work with

We work with UK bathroom, tile and kitchen businesses. We have built product listings for bathroom, heating, kitchen and tile brands across the UK, and our SEO work includes local SEO for businesses that want to be found in their area.

How we work with you

Every client gets a dedicated team that takes the time to understand your products and your brand. After your site is live, the same team can look after your listings, your updates and your day-to-day upkeep.

What we do for your shop

  • Product listing management: creating and uploading listings, setting up categories and filters, image optimisation, and keeping existing content up to date.
  • Web design, development and maintenance: on WordPress, Shopify, Magento and WooCommerce. Our maintenance checklist shows what regular upkeep involves.
  • SEO: keyword strategy, on-page, off-page, local and technical SEO, and analytics. See our ecommerce SEO services.
  • Google Shopping, Google Ads and Meta Ads: keyword targeting, ad copy, landing pages, budget management and conversion tracking.
  • Social media marketing: managing your social profiles, content strategy and community building.

Wondering what a new website would cost? Our guide to what an ecommerce website costs in the UK explains it.

Why bathroom, tile and kitchen experience matters

Online shops in these trades have problems of their own: big ranges, products that come in many sizes and finishes, supplier descriptions that appear on many other sites, and ranges that are dropped or replaced. Someone who has dealt with these before will spend less of your money learning them.

An example from our work

One UK bathroom retailer came to us after its traffic from Google had dropped sharply. Through 2025 the site had been getting roughly 95 to 100 clicks a day. The drop began in February 2026, and by mid-May 2026 it was down to about 8 clicks a day.

The cause was a change to the range. The retailer had cut its brands from about ten or more to five, but the pages for the dropped brands and their products were left live, with no redirects in place.

We fixed it in order: on-page changes first, then the technical redirects, then off-page work. Over the following two to four months, clicks partly recovered to about 30 a day, and the work is still going.

We share it without naming the shop because the lesson applies to many retailers: when you drop a brand or a range, the old pages need a plan.

Advice and hands-on work from one team

You may be wondering whether you need an ecommerce consultant or an ecommerce agency. With us, you do not have to choose. We tell you what we recommend and why, and we can carry out the work as well.

If you only want advice first, say so when you get in touch.

Do you have experience with bathroom, tile and kitchen shops?

Yes. Everyone on our team has at least seven years’ experience in the UK bathroom industry, and we have built product listings for bathroom, heating, kitchen and tile brands across the UK.

Which ecommerce platforms can you work on?

We work with WordPress, Shopify, Magento and WooCommerce.

Can you look after product uploads for a large range?

Yes. Product listing management is one of our services: creating and uploading listings, setting up categories and filters, image optimisation and updating existing content.

I have a showroom and a basic website. Where should I start?

Start by deciding whether the website should sell products or only bring in enquiries. That choice tells you whether you need an online shop built, or a simpler site that is easier to find on Google.

Can I get an SEO audit before I commit to anything?

Our SEO page says a free SEO audit is available. Ask for one here and use it to decide what, if anything, you need next.
